  Log into your Vlyme account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective internal padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
